Wild-type Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells were transfected with a DNA clone (MT-REV, site A) carrying a mouse gene for a dominant mutant regulatory subunit (RI) gene of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) from S49 cells along with a marker for G418 resistance.
