OBJECTIVES: To analyze the IBD5 locus in a homogenous cohort of Ashkenazi Jewish (AJ) children with Crohn disease (CD). PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 83 AJ children with CD and 73 AJ healthy controls were studied.
