In this study, fiber-mutant adenovirus vectors encoding chemokines, Ad-RGD-mCCL17, Ad-RGD-mCCL21 and Ad-RGD-mCCL22 were constructed. The insertion of integrin-targeting RGD sequence into fiber knob of adenovirus vectors notably enhanced the infection efficiency into tumor cells.
