Sequencing analyses of genomic DNA samples from a Chinese population identified four single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the CRTH2 gene, encoding a chemoattractant receptor predominantly expressed on Th2 cells and a receptor for prostaglandin D2 (PGD2).
