We set out to determine the relative timing of loss of DNA mismatch repair and KRAS2 mutation in endometrial tumorigenesis. We studied endometrial carcinoma (CA) and synchronous atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH), the premalignant precursor of endometrial cancer.
