Protein kinase D (PKD/PKCmu) immunoprecipitated from COS-7 cells transiently transfected with either a constitutively active mutant of Rho (RhoQ63L) or the Rho-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor pOnco-Lbc (Lbc) exhibited a marked increase in basal activity.
