We tested three mononucleotide, 45 dinucleotide, and five tetranucleotide repeats in 30 gastric adenomas and 30 gastric carcinomas for microsatellite instability (MSI) in order to evaluate which microsatellites might indicate the MSI status in gastric neoplasms.
