The pathogenic effects of antiplatelet antibodies were investigated in mice. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) of different immunoglobulin G subclass directed against mouse GPIIbIIIa, GPIIIa, GPIbalpha, GPIb-IX, GPV, and CD31 were generated and characterized biochemically.
