Neutrophils constitutively express FcgammaRIIa and FcgammaRIIIb receptors. Both receptors exhibit allelic variants which have different quantitative functional capacities: the biallelic FcgammaRIIa-R131 and -H131 alleles, and the neutrophil antigen (NA) NA1/NA2 alleles.
