<h4>A bstract </h4> Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RT) are highly aggressive CNS-tumors of infancy and early childhood. Hallmark is the surprisingly simple genome with inactivating mutations or deletions in the SMARCB1 gene as the oncogenic driver.
