<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Gain-of-function mutations in LRRK2 are a major cause of inherited Parkinson’s disease. LRRK2 encodes a multidomain kinase, whose bidirectional interplay with Rab GTPases regulates critical cellular processes like lysosomal homeostasis.
