<title>Abstract</title> <p>Huntington’s disease (HD) is a rare neurodegenerative disease caused due to aggregation of Huntingtin (HTT) protein. This study involves cloning of 40 DnaJ chaperones from Drosophila, and overexpressing them in yeasts and fly models of HD.
