Radioligand therapy (RLT), a re-emerging oncologic strategy using molecularly-targeted therapeutic radioisotopes, clinically reduces tumor burden and enhances survival for select patients with otherwise unresponsive advanced prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumors.
