<h4>Objective: </h4> To determine the role of RNA helicase DDX5 in sorafenib/multi-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (mTKI) response. Sorafenib and mTKIs downregulate DDX5 in vitro and preclinical hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) models.
