<h4> ABSTRACT </h4> Malignant glioma is incurable. Using a mouse genetic mosaic system to generate sporadic Trp53,Nf1 -null OPCs, we previously identified oligodendrocyte precursor cell (OPC) as a cell-of-origin of glioma.
