<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Infant leukemias arise as B-cell acute lymphocytic (B-ALL) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The majority are driven by chromosomal rearrangements of the MLL/ KMT2A gene ( MLL r) and arise in utero, implying a fetal cell of origin.
