<title>Abstract</title> <p>Inhibition of translation initiation using eIF4A inhibitors like (-)-didesmethylrocaglamide [(-)-DDR] and (-)-rocaglamide [(-)-Roc] is a potential cancer treatment strategy as they simultaneously diminish multiple oncogenic drivers.
