<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Most paediatric diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas carry a lysine- to methionine-27 (K27M) mutation in the histone variant H3.3 encoded by the ‘H3.3 histone A’ ( H3F3A ) gene.
