<title>Abstract</title> <p>Aortic dissection (AD) is a life-threatening vascular condition with limited pharmacological options. This study investigated Ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1), a ferroptosis inhibitor, in a BAPN/Ang-II-induced mouse model of AD, revealing significant therapeutic potential.
