<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> During inflammation, cytokines such as Tnfα, Il1β and Il6 stimulate hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) to proliferate and accelerate the production of inflammatory cells from the myeloid lineage through a process called stress myelopoiesis.
