<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Oncogenes hyperactive lactate production, but the mechanisms by which lactate facilitates tumor growth are unclear. Here, we demonstrate that lactate is essential for nucleotide biosynthesis in pediatric diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs).
