<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Mutations in isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDHm) define a distinct molecular class of gliomas. IDHm converts α-ketoglutarate (α-KG) to the oncometabolite D-2-hydroxyglutarate (D-2HG), which drives tumorigenesis.
