Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS). Myelin-autoreactive T cells have been implicated in the initiation of an inflammatory cascade. Dendritic cells (DC) are key modulators of this immuno-pathological cascade.
