<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> The Retromer complex (Vps35-Vps26-Vps29) is essential for endosomal membrane trafficking and signalling. Mutations in Retromer cause late-onset Parkinson’s disease, while viral and bacterial pathogens can hijack the complex during cellular infection.
