Studies of spliceosomal interactions are challenging due to their dynamic nature. Here we employed spliceosome iCLIP, which immunoprecipitates SmB along with snRNPs and auxiliary RNA binding proteins (RBPs), to map human spliceosome engagement with snRNAs and pre-mRNAs.
