<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> The therapeutic benefits of L–3,4–dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DOPA) in Parkinson disease (PD) patients diminishes with the onset of abnormal involuntary movements (L-DOPA induced dyskinesia), a debilitating motor side effect.
