<h4>SUMMARY</h4> snoRNAs are a large family of noncoding (nc)RNAs present across eukaryotes and archaea. While a subset of them guide 2’-O- methylation (Nm) and pseudouridylation (Ψ) of rRNAs and snRNAs, targets of most snoRNAs remain unknown.
