Nuclear magnetic resonance was used to compare parameters reflecting solution structure and dynamics of the glucocorticoid receptor DNA-binding domain (GRDBD), which binds specifically to a GRE binding site on DNA, and a triple mutant (GRDBDEGA), which binds to an ERE site.
