We have studied three Phase II genes in the mouse dioxin-inducible [Ah] battery: Nmo1 [encoding NAD(P)H:menadione oxidoreductase], Ahd4 (encoding the cytosolic aldehyde dehydrogenase ALDH3c), and Ugt1*06 (a UDP glucuronosyltransferase).
