We examined the multidrug resistant P-glycoprotein (P-gp) on normal bone marrow (BM) cells and acute myeloid leukaemia (AMI) cells, using newly devised flow cytometric multi-parameter analysis with CD33, CD34 and MRK16 monoclonal antibodies.
