The Luria-Delbrück fluctuation analysis provides a method to estimate mutation rates and is commonly applied in somatic cell genetics and in cancer biology. We developed an assay for a Luria-Delbrück fluctuation analysis using the mouse lymphoma cell line, GRSL13.
