OBJECTIVES: To investigate the genetic basis of early-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (EOSLE) in a large Indian pediatric SLE (pSLE) cohort. METHOD: This prospective observational study investigated monogenic causes in 97 of 365 pSLE patients.
