The clinical and molecular heterogeneity of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is incompletely understood. By integrating proteomic, transcriptomic, and genomic data from 478 DLBCL tumors, we identify seven DLBCL proteogenotypes (PGs) reflecting specific pathophysiological features that span known molecular subtypes.
