Small-diameter vascular grafts face limited success due to thrombosis, intimal hyperplasia, and insufficient remodeling. Here, we developed a tubular graft composed of aligned core-sheath structured PLCL fibers with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS)-loaded polyethylene oxide (PEO) cores.
