Mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) with BCR::ABL1 fusion is rare, and its clinicopathological features, genetic landscape, therapeutic response, and patient outcomes remain incompletely defined, as does its relationship to blast-phase chronic myeloid leukemia.
