Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (RuBisCo) is a prime target for enhancing the photosynthetic efficiency. Here, we employed bmDCA, a machine-learning implementation, to navigate the sequence space of Thermococcus kodakarensis RuBisCo (Tk-RuBisCo).
