Statins, commonly used to lower cholesterol, are associated with improved prognosis in colorectal cancer (CRC), though their effectiveness varies. This study investigates the anti-cancer effects of atorvastatin in CRC using patient-derived organoids (PDOs) and PDO-derived xenograft (PDOX) models.
