Hormone-dependent cancers (HDCs) share several risk factors, suggesting a common aetiology. Using data from genome-wide association studies, we showed spatial clustering of risk variants across four HDCs (breast, endometrial, ovarian and prostate cancers), contrasting with genetically uncorrelated traits.
