The hAβ-KI and APPSAA-KI are two amyloid models that harbor mutations in the endogenous mouse App gene. Both hAβ-KI and APPSAA-KI mice contain a humanized Aβ sequence, and APPSAA-KI mice carry three additional familial AD mutations.
