We conducted a retrospective analysis of the line probe assay (LPA) data during January to December 2019, from 8 districts of Odisha. The prevalence of Hr-TB (isoniazid resistance only) was 1.53% (50/3272) with a range of 0-3.4% in the 8 districts. Of the 50 Hr-TB strains, katG mutation and inhA mutations were seen in 74% (37/50) and 26% (13/50) strains respectively. S315T1 and C15T were common mutations in katG...
