Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) refers to the disproportionate expansion of hematopoietic stem cell clones and their corresponding progeny following the acquisition of somatic mutations. CH is common at the time of diagnosis in patients with blood cancers, including multiple myeloma (MM) and lymphoma.
