Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a lethal malignancy characterized by poor response to conventional therapies. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) analyses of this tumor type are limited, and we therefore interrogated eight ATCs using WGS and RNA sequencing.
