The aim of present study was to explore whether 2-cyano-3, 12-dioxooleana-1, 9-dien-28-oic acid (CDDO)-ethylamide (CDDO-EA) attenuates cerebral ischemic injury and its possible mechanisms using a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model in C57BL/6 mice.
