Somatic copy number alterations (CNA) are common in endometrial serous carcinoma (ESC). We used the Tumor Cancer Genome Atlas Pan Cancer dataset (TCGA Pan Can) to explore the impact of somatic CNA and gene expression levels (mRNA) of cancer-related genes in ESC.
