AIMS: Ovarian endometrioid carcinoma (EC) generally has a good prognosis. Adjuvant chemotherapy can be spared in low-stage disease, but prognostic biomarkers are needed to refine the treatment threshold. Wnt/β-catenin signalling is commonly altered in EC.
