Uridine diphosphate-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) 2B7 is expressed mostly in the human liver, lung and kidney and can transfer endogenous glucuronide group into its substrate and impact the pharmacological effects of several drugs such as estriol, AZT and morphine.
