Objectives: Cytokine receptor-like factor 2 ( CRLF2 ) rearrangement is found in approximately 50% of pediatric Ph-like B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), and around 50% of CRLF2 + cases harbor JAK mutations.
