Lenalidomide (LEN) has been used as an immunomodulatory drug with direct and indirect anti-tumor effects. In this study, we evaluated the effect of LEN on the differentiation, maturation, and function of dendritic cells (DCs) in patients with multiple myeloma in vitro.
