The goal of the study was to determine association between APOE Ɛ4 and gray matter changes in PD patients, with or without dementia. Twenty-five PD patients with the APOE Ɛ4 (13 with dementia), 24 without Ɛ4 (12 with dementia), and 26 controls were selected.
