AIM: To investigate the correlation between DKK1 polymorphisms with bone phenotypes and response to alendronate treatment. MATERIALS & METHODS: Five tag single nucleotide polymorphisms of DKK1 were analyzed in 639 Chinese postmenopausal women with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
